Welcome to the website of the 7th “Horizons in Molecular Biology – Career Fair”, which will take place on September, 9th at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in Göttingen.

The Career Fair is part of our annual “Horizons in Molecular Biology” Symposium organized by PhD students of the IMPRS “Molecular Biology”, Göttingen.

The career paths a scientist can walk along after finishing the PhD are highly diverse, reaching from an on-going career in academia, a job in industry or a research organization till working in a consulting company or even in politics. We as organizers aim to present you not only well-known companies but also career possibilities, which are on first sight less apparent.

Besides company and personal presentations, you can also polish your CV during the Career Fair, and ask all your questions towards our speakers during a Career Speed Dating.
