Poster Submission Deadline

Poster abstracts must be submitted by : August 20^th, 2013.

Poster Abstract Preparation Guidelines

The following guidelines apply to every application. The application will not be considered if any of the criteria are not met. The abstract will not be proofread or corrected - so check everything carefully before submitting. 

• Abstracts for posters must be written in English.
• The abstract heading must include the title - up to 120 characters.
• Figures and tables may not be included in the abstract.

Abstracts can be submitted online during the registration process or at a later point (until August 20^th) via the online login system. Changes can only be made via the online login system. Abstract submission by email is not possible.

Each participant can submit only one abstract. A small number of abstracts will be selected for student talks presented in a special session during the meeting. Authors of abstracts chosen for oral presentations will be notified by as soon as possible.

The maximum poster size is A0, vertical (height 119cm x width 84cm). Please prepare your poster accordingly. The poster evaluation guidelines are given here.
